Ingredients

- 1 egg

- 0.5 cup beet puree
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Make beet puree by boiling or roasting a large beet until fork-tender and blending the small pieces in a food processor.
- Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl; beet puree, peanut butter, and egg.
- Slowly pour your flour of choice into the bowl and mix well. Add more flour if the dough is wet.
