Turn oven on to 350 degrees F
Place your wet ingredients (egg, peanut butter, and pumpkin) in a large bowl and mix well.
Add the oat flour and mix until the dough is combined well. Add more flour if your dough is wet.
On a lightly floured work surface, roll the mixture into small 1-inch round balls.
Place them on a baking tray (parchment paper is encouraged.)
Use a floured fork to gently push down on the round balls to form your pumpkin shape.
Add a green bean on the top of your pumpkin dog cookies as a stem.
Bake pumpkin and peanut butter dog cookies for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool on a wire rack at room temperature before serving your dog.Store in an airtight container.
